Hotel conveniente en plan familiar o de negocios, excelente ubicación a 3 minutos de Plaza San Luis: Las pantallas en habitación son pequeñas comparado a otros hoteles de la ciudad.

Good hotel. Safe, clean and the shuttle to airport was a nice touch. The breakfast was good but the supper was not as good as my expectation. The WIFI was poor as it dropped internet frequently, slow. I reset my computer and phone, "forgot" the network and still experienced numerous issues.

Great hotel. Highly recommend.
This hotel was in a perfect place, safely located near a local mall. It was clean and they served a great breakfast every morning. The breakfast that was provided was Continental. The choices were coffee/tea and bread/fresh fruit. The wait staff was some of the best I’d ever had. We had a group of 10 people and we stayed a week. They remembered our orders and were quick to make anything right.

OK Hotel for One Night
The hotel is a bit run down. The staff was extremely friendly and was attentive. The room was run down . Not enough electrical outlets - only two beside the bed, and one by the desk. When I came to pressing my clothes, I had to get close to the bed to do it, and the iron only had a 2 foot cord. The bathroom had dirty finger marks on the walls- very noticiable.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was a bit disorganized, service could be slow, and the food was good but not excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Wireless
The hotel is great when it comes to attention and rooms, but the wireless in the rooms is probably one of the worse I have ever experienced, I visit hotels every week and never had so much trouble getting wireless connection. The restaurant "Kizilay" is the only place where the connection was good

Fair Stay
Overall good. My only two complaints is that they did not have an ironing board and they were really understaffed during breakfast. Poor waiter was by himself without help working his tail off. Service was slow as a result.

Bad experience. They took 3 days before changing bed clothes and towels. Room key had to be activated every day, they forgot to leave water and very noisy on weekend. They had an event outside so all kind of unwanted music in your room.

Old soft beds, wifi terrible in rooms, missing or broken items in room, and couldn't get hot water in the shower (3rd floor!). It was a good price, but I wish I spent more $ somewhere else. The staff was polite.

I arrive to hotel and they did not have my reservation, even that they did not solve my problem, I was the one that need to call expedia, when contact expedia, the called to hotel and problem solved. The pillows are terrible high, and you will get some noice from the street.

Nice hotel near the new quota.
This hotel is very upscale. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a nice view. The only complaint was that the internet service in the room was not good. There was secure underground parking. There is a restaurant in the hotel. We chose this hotel as it is close to the new quota. We would return.

New and modern, but definite internet access issue
The hotel is new, modern, has great tv and comfortable, no complaints on that regard, and they have internet in lobby and even in hallways that works great but my issue is that once you step into a room there is no internet access. I have stayed on different floors as they tried to accommodate to see if it would improve, and it is the same deal, they have a serious problem on their hands with business travelers that require connectivity from their room.

El estacionamiento chico, nos tocó llegar de noche y el pasillo sin nada de luz, las puertas viejas y los acabados de los baños de segunda, los muebles de la habitación muy gastados, me decepciono! Se que esto les afecta pero si le invierten y lo transforman puede resultar agradable para los huéspedes! Gracias y mil disculpas!
