Para ser un hotel HAMPTON BY HILTON fue una decepción me extraña que la cadena mantenga en tan deplorables condiciones ese hotel .. el estacionamiento apenas caben los autos es muy peligroso el estacionamiento, el personal no es agradable las habitaciones están muy sucias, lo único bueno fue la vista al lago ! Jamás vuelvo a ese hotel

Todo bien , solo el tipo de cambio del dolar contra el peso muy alto , porque se reserva con expedía en dólares . El hotel tiene que mejorar su ingreso, al llegar al hotel en planta baja no hay nadie que te reciba. , solo unos sillones y tiene uno que ,buscar los elevadores ,, que son muy lentos. El loby esta en el primer piso

Es un hotel maravilloso súper limpio comida muy completa aunque si mejoraría los wafles el resto de la comida es buenisima, las chicas de recepción súper amables y atentas a los huéspedes sobre todo la señorita Dayana e Isaura que tienen una gentileza y una sonrisa siempre. Lo Super recomiendo este hotel la vista de la alberca está preciosa al parque tangamanga nos tocó en el piso 12 vista fantástica a la ciudad y al parque

Es bueno por ubicación, pero la zona de la alberca esta algo descuidada los elevadores son un caos y se combina con los de servicio, tardan muchísimo, el precio contratas de la app cambia mucho porque al llegar te toman el cambio del dolar a uno inflado que ellos mismos ponen
