The property itself was beautiful, and the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere—the sounds of frogs and birds created a relaxing setting. The food was good, and the service was great overall.
Unfortunately, I did experience an issue with a leak in my room. Water was dripping from the ceiling onto my pillows and, at times, onto me during the night. When I reported it to the staff, I was told it was condensation from the AC unit. While I appreciated the explanation, I was disappointed that the issue was not resolved, as it continued to affect my comfort and sleep.
Aside from that inconvenience, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the beauty and relaxing atmosphere of the property. I would just encourage future guests to report any room maintenance issues promptly and hope the hotel takes swift action to resolve them

The rainbow suite was amazing, great privacy with a nice garden view and a private pool. The rooms were large and had great amenities. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Absolutely beautiful resort. The bathroom is fabulous. The bed is comfortable and the fireplace takes a chill off in the evening. The food in the restaurants is good with lots of choices. The grounds are very well maintained. The view is awesome and the park is amazing.
