  • PRIVATE STRUCTURE (RENT ONLY) – Casa Magica is a charming holiday house with private pool in Le Marche region and rises on top of a hill in San Lorenzo in Campo, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the surrounding valley. The property consists of two completely independent units, one of which belongs to the owner who lives there alone. He’s a very discreet and friendly person always ready to welcome his guests. There is a swimming pool for private use and a garden equipped with tables and chairs for al fresco dining.

    The property is on one level and four steps lead to the main entrance. At the entrance there is a living room with TV area where you can admire a vintage Lambretta and a large kitchen area with double sofa bed. A door separates from the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and washing machine, a double bedroom communicating with a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Guests have access to a small porch with kitchenette and table for al fresco dining in the pool area. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms.
