The first we waited an hour for tea, bread and a hard boiled egg. The second day there was no one in the kitchen even though they knew we were going on a day trip so we made our own breakfast (they’d said we could use the kitchen. When we returned in the evening, the kitchen was so cluttered with dirty dishes that we used the microwave in our room exclusively. The burners on the oven didn’t work, we couldn’t find a single clean cloth with which to wash up, the fridge contained food that looked expired. I let them know our toilet wasn’t flushing and 12 hours later, my husband fixed it.
