Erholung pur.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit Meerblick, der Garten ist toll angelegt, durch die verschiedenen Ebenen hat man immer neue Eindrücke und Blickwinkel. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unserem Hund hat es auch super gefallen. Die Autobahn hört man natürlich aber man gewöhnt sich sehr schnell daran.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, insbesondere der Garten (viel schöner als auf den Fotos dargestellt).Vermieter (Manager)sehr hilfsbereit und immer per WhatsApp erreichbar.Einziges Manko ist halt die nahegelegene Autobahn, deshalb nur 4 Sterne.Herzlichen Dank nochmal an Vittorio für die schöne Zeit.

Das Haus und der grosse Garten waren für Familie und Hund eine Wohltat. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeiten in der nähe des Hauses mit dem Hund spazieren zu gehen, auch Gewöhnungsbedürftig sind die Zufahrt zum Haus und die nähe zur Autobahn. Trotz allem waren es für uns sehr schöne und erholsame Ferien.

Für uns super

Ordentlich, sauber, zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Top Lage, traumhafter Blick aufs Meer. 200 m von der Autobahn entfernt, Tag und Nacht logischerweise laut - für uns kein Problem, wer Ruhe sucht, sollte lieber anderweitig buchen oder sich dann nicht über den Lärm beschweren. Sehr lange, enge und steile Zufahrt zum Objekt, wir sind vorwärts hoch und rückwärts runter, da man mit dem Pickup nicht wenden konnte. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder.

Prachtig huis met alles er op en aan. Heel er prive gelegen. Ideaal voor ons en de kinderen. met een erg fijne tuin omheind, dus de hond kon hier lekker rond lopen.

Heerlijke week!

Een prima vakantiehuis met al het noodzakelijke aanwezig. Het contact met . is zeer prettig en direct. De (korte) steile weg naar het huisje went snel evenals de snelweg. Wij zijn regelmatig naar het dorp gelopen om daar wat te eten of drinken of naar het strand te gaan. Het leukste paadje (met hond) is om na de OK market direct links het bosweggetje te nemen.

La location è fantastica, situata nella zona collinare di San Lorenzo questa villetta è circondata da un giardino bellissimo, piantumato alla perfezione e tutto recintato, da dove si gode la vista mare eccezionale. i parcheggi coperti sono un plus importante. l'host è gentile e disponibile. Migliorerei le dotazioni interne, soprattutto per quanto riguarda il divano e gli accessori cucina. Un appunto anche per il frigorifero, troppo piccolo, impone una spesa quotidiana. la wi-fi non funziona bene

Schönes Ferienhaus am Meer

Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr schöne Lage mit Blick zum Meer und der Badestrand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist sehr gut und die Zimmer sind groß. Es fehlt an nichts. Das gesamte Grundstück ist sehr schön, auch mit dem Stellplatz für das Auto direkt am Haus. V. der Verwalter ist sehr freundlich, ein guter Gastgeber. Für uns als Italien Liebhaber war ein ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt.

Ideal für Familien mit Hund

Komplett eingezäunt und ruhige Alleinlage. Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was für einen entspannten Urlaub nötig ist.  Zufahrt ca. 100m eng und steil, aber auch mit VW Passat ohne Probleme machbar. Autobahn in Sichtweite und hörbar, aber nicht gravierend störend.  V. immer zur Stelle, wenn was nicht funktionierte.  Sehr zu empfehlen. Ligurien, Imperia, San Remo toll!! Saubere und schöne Strände mit günstigen Preisen für Liege+ Schirm (12€ pro Tag).

Wunderschöne Auszeit in Bella Italia

Es war wie immer wunderschön. Wir waren zum 5.mal in der Casa Nicolo. Vittorio ist super. Das Haus ist spärlich aber ausreichend eingerichtet, die Autobahn ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, macht uns aber überhaupt nichts aus. Der Strand, Ortsmitte und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Man sieht das Meer, ist alles umzäunt um das Haus, für unser kleiner Hund. Ein echt schöner Platz zum abschalten. Vittorio sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Die Straße zum Haus, eng und steil. War aber fahrbar. Die Autobahn ca 500 bis -700Meter entfernt, hat uns nicht gestört. Meine Frau und ich und unser kleiner Hund, waren sehr zufrieden, und freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal.

Wir sind jetzt schon 4 mal in dieser Unterkunft gewesen und haben für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht. Es war wie immer sehr schön. Da die Autobahn gerichtet wurde war der Lärm gar nicht mehr so schlimm. Das Haus ist sauber und nett eingerichtet. Vittorio ist immer zur Stelle, wenn man ihn braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub

Es war ein wunderschöner erholsamer Urlaub. Preis-Leistung top. Das Haus und der Garten waren super. Vittorio ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und sofort zur Stelle wenn es Probleme gibt. Man muss sich darauf einstellen, dass die Anfahrt steil ist und es durch die Autobahn nie ruhig ist. Da wir das aber wussten, störte es uns überhaupt nicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nächstes Jahr wieder ... :-)

Der Blick aufs Meer u. die tollen Sonnenaufgänge sind einzigartig u. lassen auch die bekanntermaßen in der Nähe befindliche Autobahn in den Hintergrund rücken. Das Haus war sauber, nett eingerichtet u. angemessen ausgestattet. Das Grundstück ist gepflegt u. toll für Vierbeiner. Die Auffahrt zum Grundstück erfordert etwas Geschick + Gewöhnung, war aber auch mit einem größeren SUV zu meistern. Der Eigentümer ist super nett u. und bei Problemchen sofort zur Stelle. A presto piccola casa al mare!

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Hübsches Ferienhäuschen ohne Schnickschnack, aber mit allem was man braucht. Himmlisch abgelegen, sicher eingezäunt, für unsere Hunde ein Paradies. Die Auffahrt ist extrem steil und kurvig. Braucht etwas Übung bis man in einem Rutsch die Einfahrt schafft. Genügend Geschirr und Elektrokkeingeräte sind vorhanden. Sonst allerdings nichts. Putzmittel, Lappen u.ä. mussten wir einkaufen. Der Vermieter war super hilfsbereit und sofort zur Stelle als es mit dem elektronischen Tor Schwierigkeiten gab.

prima huis, eenvoudig maar alles is er. veel ruimte, zeker als je de hond mee neemt. mooi uitzicht op de zee, ligt wel een snelweg tussen. mooie grote tuin met bloemenstruilken en citroen bomen. vriendelijke ontvangst en aardige eigenaar.
