"Friendly staff and beautiful location. Loved our room with a view of the river with a hammock. We especially enjoyed the aerial tram, monkeys, sloth and butterfly exhibits — the tropical landscape is magnificent. It is very hot and humid, be sure to swim and stay hydrated. Lots of memories made here."

"The room was good, the carpets outside were with holes and some floor has food on the floor, the breakfast buffet was kind of ok, the line are supper long to order omelette. If you stay at this hotel while events is happening there is no way you can get a table to seat down and eat your meal. Hotel didn’t had my room ready at the time of check in , my father is in a wheelchair chair it was terrible waiting time. Overall I won’t never stay at this property."
