The bnb was actually quite comfortable, air conditioner was awesome, bed was comfortable, pretty much everything you need is provided. The Island is going thru water restrictions due to the drought so be prepared to possibly be out of water for a day or 2, but the owner did provide a couple of gallons to shower and a gallon of drinking water(unopened). There is absolutely NO parking close by the bnb, you have to park down the street and sometimes even off the main street the bnb is on and unto another street. Bnb does states theres no parking at the bnb, but its all good, bnb locationis kinda sketchy and walking from car to the bnb can be scary if you let it be. Overall for me its not about the surroundings, its was about having a clean place to stay!! And yes, theres a rooster next door that has no time clock, he crows at 3 am to 7 am, but it is what is is!! Check in was great, theres a lock box with your key in it and you can arrange to check in at anytime, communication is the key, and they did well!!
