Our apartment at Marbella, the most sought after building for vacation rentals offers 24/7 security and many amenities, as a large swimming pool, basketball court, children's playgrounds, barbecue pits and beautiful grounds.The barbecue area overlooks the beach and allows you to have your own BBQ party by the beach. All amenities at the condo are within gated areas and only available for condo residents or renters. The apartment itself was renovated and decorated. The style is a contemporary modern one, using white and grey as primary colors with turquoise and magenta as accent colors, giving it a very relaxed atmosphere, ideal for your vacation. The layout of the apartment and the multiple bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect for me and my 3 kids (all tweens/teens). The constant breeze and sound of the ocean was probably my favorite part of our stay! Jorge was in touch with us during the stay and was very helpful. I found the directions for check-in were easy. The security was very helpful in providing information upon our arrival. You can't get any closer to the beach, the pool was lovely and there is plenty of shopping (grocery, pharmacy, convenience stores and souvenirs) and dining options close by. Great location and smooth check in process. The amenities in the apartment need some improvement. The washer/dryer, stove, pots, pans and televisions all need upgrading. The master bathroom's sink is located right under a shelf. If you are not careful you can hit your head. I think the price was expensive for the condition of the amenities. ##### Lisa M. The unit is extremely nice with a beautiful view. The building is very secure. The beach just outside the property was perfect, but it was also a very convenient home base for enjoying other areas of the island (El Yunque, Luquillo, Fajardo for a trip to Culebra, Old San Juan, etc). The property manager was very responsive and accommodating. Check-in is a little clunky if you have a rental car as I think other reviews have mentioned, but the instructions are clear and its over in a few minutes and you get to enjoy this beautiful spot ##### Meghan H. Often there are issues that arise, but Annie was very responsive and sought to meet our needs. We were there for the infamous blackout of 12/31 but she kept us informed regarding administrative updates from the building on when the power would be restored. It took longer than normal, but fortunately it was cool enough to enjoy windows being open and hearing the relaxing sounds of the ocean. We would work with Annie again for our vacation plans in PR. ##### Jonathan L. As soon as you walk in your greeted with the gorgeous view, I would sit every morning on the balcony just to see the sunrise and everyday it was beautiful. The condo is beautiful the amenities were amazing my kids had a great time both on the beach and the pool. The security was great we felt safe knowing there was security 24/7\. Location and beach were perfect. The pictures of the apartment are true but add in layers of dust and the bathroom ceilings are full of mold that was painted over. Everything available within walking distance. Our check in was easy although we had a little the keys and water flow in one of the bathrooms. Val resolved both issues in a timely manner. The pool and beach were easily accessible and the view from our balcony was awesome. We were short washcloths and the microwave did not work. I contacted Val, the manager and she had more washcloths and a replacement microwave the next day. Fantastic response. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance. ##### Jeff W. The Marbella property is very nice and safe and the other people who were staying here were very polite. The beach was wonderful and not very crowded. The manager was very responsive and brought a new cooler to us when we told her the cooler that was supposed to be at the condo was missing. The only negative I could think of was we prepared quite a few meals in the condo and it would be nice if there were a few more pots, pans, and cooking bowls to use, but we made it work. Overall, I would definitely stay at this condo again as we had a fantastic stay. ##### Rob K. Property manager very responsive and pleasant. Supplied some missing items that were promised and some other missing items promptly There were adequate items supplied. The condo is showing some wear with broken kitchen faucet and broken kitchen cabinet door that kept falling off Patio furniture had some broken wicker chairs and wobbly table. Dispite that the stay was great. Plenty of security and place was safe large pool and great access to a great beach. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance Uber makes easy visit to old San Juan and downtown easy.
