Your San Juan Home Base 🌴
Travel together. Stay together. Still have your own space.
Welcome to La Perla Verde, a unique 1930s property in San Juan designed for groups who want to experience Puerto Rico together without feeling like everyone is on top of each other.
Your reservation includes both private 3-bedroom living spaces, giving your group 6 bedrooms across a two-level villa-style home. Each level has its own private entrance, full kitchen, bathroom, living space, and dining area, while an exterior staircase connects the two. It feels like one shared home with the flexibility of having separate spaces when you need them.
The setup is ideal for families, friends, multi-generational groups, remote workers, and anyone traveling with a larger group who wants space, privacy, and the convenience of staying together.
You’ll have 2 full kitchens, 2 dining areas, 2 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, fast Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace, air conditioning in the bedrooms, a washer and dryer, a balcony, a patio, and 2 parking spaces on the property.
The location makes La Perla Verde an excellent home base for exploring San Juan. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and you’re conveniently located near Pine Grove, Santurce, Isla Verde, Condado, and Old San Juan. Enjoy nearby beaches, restaurants, coffee shops, nightlife, art, shopping, and local culture, then return to a spacious home where your group can actually spread out.
Whether you’re here for a family vacation, a friends’ getaway, a work trip, or an extended stay, La Perla Verde gives you the space to come together, spread out, and enjoy Puerto Rico your way. 🇵🇷 Notice Regarding Puerto Rico’s Ongoing Water Situation
Puerto Rico has been experiencing ongoing challenges with municipal water service. Our home is equipped with an 800-gallon private cistern that supplies water directly to the home, allowing guests to use the faucets, showers, toilets, and other fixtures normally even when municipal service is limited or interrupted.
Because the cistern provides a finite water supply, guests may not notice the water disruption but responsible water usage is essential to ensure the supply lasts throughout their stay. We provide guests with clear guidance on water conservation so they know how to use the system responsibly.
Our cistern has successfully supported groups of up to 16 guests for multiple days during periods of limited municipal service. No guest has ever needed to pay for an additional water delivery. Additional delivery is available if needed, but responsible water usage has historically allowed our guests to enjoy their stays without requiring one.
Our goal is for guests to enjoy a comfortable, normal stay without feeling the effects of Puerto Rico’s ongoing water challenges. Please let us know if you have any questions about the cistern or water usage.
