Seaside Studio on Isla Verde Beach

Enjoy this stylish Studio apartment located on Isla Verde beach. It is located in the midst of hotels, casinos, restaurants, jet ski and banana boat rentals. This is all within walking distance. You will not need a car BUT if you do have a car there is parking available. You will be steps to the beach, so you can grab the cooler and beach chairs to start your relaxing vacation in Puerto Rico.

Great beachside Isla Verde neighborhood. This apartment is walking distance to hotels, casinos and restaurants.
The beach is steps away from the building.

Ubers and Taxis are readily available. If you have a car there is onsite parking available. There is also free street parking. The beach is busy on the weekends especially therefore it is difficult to find on street parking.

It was super cute, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect—within walking distance to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants. Jenn was very kind and communicative, and she provided clear instructions, which was especially helpful since we arrived in the middle of the night. We will definitely stay here again!

Anniversary Weekend

Easy to communicate with Jen. Check in was explained and there is someone there to help you check in. Yolanda was amazing. Parking was a breeze and its right on the beach. Jen also had everything needed for the beach. Will definitely be staying here again when in San Juan.
