The room was the perfect size for me and my family. The location was so great. You were not far from places and you were able to get an uber to take you places as well. The fact that it’s gated made me feel super safe. Would definitely stay again!

The place looks amazing inside. It is well renovated and clean. The area is barrio obrero though and it is a bit “hot” so please be aware and be respectful of people around you as it a neighborhood. Don’t be going out at night acting a fool. Be respectful and respect the locals. There’s a lot of families living around there. Place itself was very nice. We loved it. They only speak English as well which was kinda sad. Since they are in an island that speaks Spanish.

Everything was clean. Communication with the property owner was clear and transparent. Overall an amazing place to stay if you want to be a little outside of San Juan. The area is safe and easily accessible for Ubers. There is a lot near by and two blocks away from casa Blanca. My partner and I love it!

An unforgettable stay in San Juan My stay at Santurtzi Complex from January 22–25 was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable, relaxed, and perfectly at home. The complex is beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed—everything felt intentional and welcoming. The location in San Juan is a huge highlight. It’s close to everything you want—great food, local culture, and easy access to explore the city—while still feeling peaceful and secure. It was the perfect balance between being in the heart of the action and having a quiet place to unwind at the end of the day. The accommodations themselves were spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail seemed well taken care of, and it was clear that guest experience is a top priority here. Whether I was starting my morning or winding down at night, the space felt relaxing and inviting. Overall, Santurtzi Complex exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting San Juan who wants comfort, convenience, and a truly enjoyable experience.

The place was well kept bear Walmart burger king and 5 min drive to the supermarket Ima be honest The only reason i gave them 3 stars was #1we didn't have enough towels for our stay #2 no mop to clean up #3 bathroom beeds a mat Or again maybe more towels other then that it was beautiful stay
