San Juan Condo on the beach

  • Across the street from the beach, this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is located on Ashford Avenue, the heart of San Juan's tourist area. It comfortably sleeps two and has a full size, convertible sofa-bed in the living area for a third guest. Experience different types of water sports (kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, snorkeling) and be surrounded by major hotels, casinos, parks, night life, restaurants and hi-end boutiques. The condo is fully furnished, it has AC, ceiling fans, WiFi, and Cable TV. There is a flat screen TV, a full, well equipped kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom. There is a communal pool and coin-op laundry facilities.
