Clean and comfortable apartment across the street from the San Juan night life and restaurants. You could sit out on the balcony on the roof and listen to the Latin music and relax. The only issue we experienced was a lack of hot water during our stay, this wasn't an issue at the start so something probably happened to the water heater.

We enjoyed our stay at this property overall, but a few upgrades and attention to detail are needed to make it truly comfortable for future guests.Bedroom Lighting: One of the bedrooms had no working light, forcing us to move a table lamp from another area just to see.Essential Supplies: The property lacked sufficient toilet paper. We were only left with two or three partially used rolls and had to buy our own.Bathroom floor. Property Entrance: The main entrance needs significantly more illumination for safety and ease of access at night.With better lighting and fully stocked essentials, this would be an excellent place to stay.
