  • This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 baths has everything you need to have a fantastic vacation in Puerto Rico. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place located within Dorado del Mar. Quiet and peaceful accommodations, located in Dorado. This space is centered close to the Playa Costa Dorada Este beach. Close to a restautants, shopping.     Quiet Retreat is a 2 bedroom apartment located in the back of a home within the gated community of Dorado Del Mar



    Check-Out: Check-Out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Be sure to turn off lights, air conditioning and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, lock the windows and doors and return the keys. The guest must pay for lost or unreturned keys.

    No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the premises will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. If you break this rule, you will be forced to vacate the property immediately without the right to a refund.

    Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

    No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property carries a $50 penalty charge.

    Bed linen/towels: Sheets and bath towels are included in the accommodation. Bath towels must not be taken out of the accommodation. Please do not eat on the bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture with wet clothes.

    Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary pads down the toilet. Use the trash container instead. Unclogging the emergency toilet will incur an additional charge.

    Damage: The guest must pay for repairs in case of any damage to the property.

    Power Outages: In the event that the guest experiences power outages that are beyond our control during the stay, no refund will be made for the situation. Likewise, if the Wi-Fi service is interrupted for reasons beyond our control.

    Pool: Guests are responsible for any situation that arises in the pool since there is no lifeguard service provided.

The beach was near but since it was an enclosed gated community didn't see it till we drove out. Overall a rear house behind the main house ok. For the price to sleep and shower, if we wanted to do more like cook I say it was spacious.
