I have stayed in condado and isla verde in the past. The host was attentive and made sure everything went well in my stay. The location is in a quiet part of town, felt very safe and the apartment has very high end security equipment (codes and security locks ) you cant just go in and out so its very safe. I usually rent a car but this time me and my gf wanted to try out the uber in the area. Ubers were very cheap 3.00-5.00 tops .. the biggest mall is right by the apartment La Plaza de los America , plazita santurce like 8 mins away old san juan 10 mins away everything is very close .. lots of restaurants and coffee shops close by. There is cold ac in the apartment working tv with netflix , washing machine and dryer in building. I would definitely stay here again. Dont think twice just book it , bed is big and comfortable.
