Failure to return keys in lockbox upon check-out will incur a $125 fee.
A $25 late check-out fee will be charged for every 30 minutes past 11:00 AM. I.g. Check-out from 11:01 - 11:30 = $25 fee / 11:31 - 12:00 = $50 fee
Our cleaning fee only covers standard cleaning. Smoking inside the property/excessive dirtiness will incur a deep cleaning fee ranging from $100-$300.

AMAZING

The property was very clean and modern. Super comfy and AC worked flawlessly! The location was amazing and pretty much on the beach. I would easily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone considering it!!

My son didn’t want to leave. He said the luquillo beach house was perfect. I agree it had all the conveniences needed while a week away as well as enough space for us to spread out. Location 10/10 space 10/10.
