Wake up to palm trees and a stunning beach sunrise. The first bedroom is the main suite with a queen-sized bed, full bathroom, ceiling fan, and air conditioner. The second bedroom has a Bunk Bed (one upper twin size and one full size) and an air conditioner. In the living room, there is a Full-size sleep sofa. We also provide (1) Pack n Plays and (1) high chairs at no extra charge. It has easy access to the parking lot with two designed parking spots and a fenced back patio--all on the ground level. In addition, a gas barbecue is available for your use. The fully-equipped kitchen provides a full-size stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cookware, tableware, utensils - ready-to-cook meals. Also located in our kitchen area is a full-size washer and dryer to help pack light. Open space living and dining room complete with a Smart 32" TV and WiFi, this condo is ready and waiting for your enjoyment. The property is in a gated community with a security guard on night staff and two dedicated parking spaces. There is an outdoor shower by the beach gate and a bathroom near the property's gazebo. The property manager will meet guests with the key/gate clicker or let us know beforehand for a check-in /check-out without person-to-person contact. Located in Punta Bandera, Luquillo is close to El Yunque Rain Forest, the Fajardo or Vieques Bio Bay, several golf courses, the famous Luquillo Kiosks and restaurants including Mexican, seafood, local fare, tacos, pizza, and more. A short drive to the east takes you to Fajardo, where the ferry dock is located. Daily ferries are available to take you to Culebra or Vieques Islands, or if you plan, you can even go to St. John for the day. Waterfall tours, paddling, and snorkeling abound from Luquillo and Fajardo. Driving west, there's horseback riding, go-carts, four-wheeling, and zip lining. A visit to Old San Juan to visit the old forts, San Cristobal and El Morro is always fun, and while you're in the area, you can take a free tour of the Bacardi Factory. Finally, a lovely day trip is to the Rio Camuy Caves, a little farther west. For the shoppers, there's an outlet mall 20 minutes west of the condo and Plaza las Americas--the largest mall in the Caribbean--just west of San Juan. For access to the beach and to be out of the main tourism this is by far the best location. Easy travel from san juan to loquillo and within minutes of shopping and a ton of restaurants. Worst part of the trip was leaving. This unit is all it says and everything you need. Just a few steps from a quiet beach with calm water. It clean and has a large patio with your own grill.comes with two parking spaces and gated entry. The host is great and we were met there by Berto who showed us around and how everything works. This area provides you a relaxing and beautiful view of the northeast side of PR. The apartment was easy access and very efficient for the two of us. We look forward to renting there again. The PM and Owner were responsive to a few items that needed to be addressed. We enjoyed our stay. ##### Joan B. Location was incredible! Safe, convenient, right on the beautiful beach...with private gated access. Loved the sunrise walks toward the kiosks (didn't go the entire way to the kiosks, but it's possible).Two bed/two bathrooms made sleeping comfortable and although the living space was merely a couch and a TV, we didn't spend a lot of time in the unit anyway. Kitchen was well-appointed!Unfortunately, this rental was missing its deck/patio furniture shown in the pictures on the website...the patio has lots of potential, but other than table and two footstools and a hanging hammock-like chair, we had to sit on the beach chairs provided to enjoy the outdoor space within the unit.Thank you Brenda and Berto for a fantastic few days away from the cold NE! ##### Jennifer F. Immaculate unit. Owner/Mgr always promptly responded Everything you need is available here. Private patio for grilling was nice. Beach just feet away. We had an amazing stay! We loved the convenient access to the beach... the water is always calm here b/c it's protected by a reef, so it's very safe for the kids to swim. We also enjoyed the private back patio that borders a forest and listening to the coqui frogs at night. You can walk to the Luquillo kioskos along the beach, and it's a short drive to El Yunque, Seven Seas beach, Amigo grocery store, and the bio bay in Fajardo. Check in was easy and communication from the property manager was great. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Pete B. The only thing I would change is the road to get to it. A very narrow street with vehicles parked on the edge of it. Very uncomfortable to drive there. Once there it was very calm and quiet. No chickens or barking dogs. Just the sound of palm trees and the ocean. Awesome hosts. ##### Javier R. The beach can be seen right outside of the property. The water is calm and is perfect for little kids. We loved spending time at the patio overlooking the adjacent park, watching birds and listening to the frogs. The swimming area is protected from winds and is a short and pleasant walk to the left from the apartment. The host was accommodative with a later checkout and some other requests. First floor property was large and offered beach chairs, coolers everything we were looking for, great kitchen amenities, towels, linens all high quality. Great relaxing beach just outside your condo. We appreciated the water and soft drinks, as we arrived late after driving across the island from Acada. Experienced some confusion at the gate entrance, but it was fairly quickly resolved. Look forward to returning soon. ##### Cindy B. Thought we would have to sacrifice location, but happily, this is the best place we’ve stayed in Luquillo! The space allowed for all access; the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was adequately appointed. The deck was a popular hang out with comfy patio furniture and lush gardens as a back drop. The beach was steps from the unit and I was able to enjoy the beach without a whole lot of effort. The building is well secured and the staff, very friendly and helpful. Note, the description says there are bathtubs in both bathrooms, there are zero tubs, but two spacious, recently remodeled shower stalls, which was actually better for us, but worth a mention for those who need a tub. Also, location of outdoor shower and bathroom was very convenient to keep the sand out of the condo. Very pleased and will come back! ##### Deborah S.
