Enjoy this balcony unit and the sea breeze from the balcony or step out to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, food trucks, 24hr grocery and convenience stores. Enjoy private access to the most beautiful beach in Isla Verde. This unit located on the 17th floor in Marbella Condominium, ocean front with balcony. SPACE: The living and dining room are beautifully designed and great for having your morning coffee to plan your day. The living room features an unbeatable view of the beach, smart TV with has a sofa bed Perfect for sleep 2 guest), lounge chair. You may choose to open the sliding doors to take advantage of the breeze or use the fan This space is comfortable for lounging, having a drink, and planning your next move during your vacation. If you need to work, we have a hi speed Wi-Fi a desk with chair. The dining room table can fit up to 4 people comfortably. There are enough place settings (dishes, silverware, serving plates, etc.) for a nice dinner in or you may step outside in the beautiful balcony. KITCHEN: Small kitchen is equipped with all you need including a stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and of course wine glasses, dinner and silver ware. Perfect to cook your basic meals. BALCONY: The balcony is our best kept secret. It is your own private oasis where you may relax with your morning coffee, smoke, or watch the sunset with a glass of wine. A true gem to enjoy during your vacation. CONDO ACCESS: The building offers great facilities for the enjoyment of the residents. 24-hour security and a lobby area make the building very private and safe. There are two pools, one for adults and one for children. For the sports enthusiasts, there is a tennis and basketball court. A kiddie playground is right next to the gazebo areas that lead out to the beach. Coin laundry in ground area and one assigned parking space ACCOMMODATION: BEDROOM: Your room is equipped with a king size bed, side tables, smart TV, twin nightstands, dresser. AC unit only in bedroom DISINFECTION STANDARDS: \-We proud ourselves in our standards of cleanliness to ensure your safety. \-We included in room a limited hand sanitizer and disinfectant for your convenience \-We take your health seriously and are happy to welcome you to this beautiful property. AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towels per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. Our properties typically include at least 2 beach chairs. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, dish sponge, and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. LOCATION: The Isla Verde Area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 15-minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico. Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag". You will never have been bored in Isla Verde. Besides the beautiful beach, this unit is strategically located. Its location in the heart of Isla Verde puts it close to all the important hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, shops and cultural areas. For a short beach vacation, a car is not needed, the apartment has an amazing location, and you can find anything you will need within walking distance. Uber is also a great alternative for getting around if you decide not to drive. NOTE: Remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7\. We will have as much or as little interaction. Prior to arrival, you'll receive a message with few questions. After that you will receive another message which includes all the important check in instructions. Central a/c (priceless), ocean view breath taking and the location is perfect all walking distance to eat and shop souveniers. All the facilities were clean and accessible. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the balcony, easy access to the beach, amenities of the condo, and the cleanliness of the property. The check-in process could use some work, not for lack of communication (there were many messages from the management), but some of the details need refinement or more accurate translation to english. For those who are driving to the condo, be aware that the traffic in the area is very busy and there are limited places to park on the street or near the condo while you are waiting for check-in. The bedroom has a comfortable, king-sized bed and the property is very quiet and safe. Bring your own bar of soap as they only supply you with one, tiny bar. Also, toilet paper is limited to two rolls which I found odd. There is a very well supplied Wallgreens directly across the street from the complex which is very handy for any items you may have forgotten as well as groceries, beverages, etc. Overall, it was definitely worth the cost and we'd go back again! ##### Michael F. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The location was perfectly situated 5 minutes from SJU and right on the beach, with beach access directly next to the building and plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. We stayed for one week and didn’t rent a car and never had a problem getting anywhere. Although the AC unit is only in the bedroom, the whole condo was nice and cool. There is no AC in the general areas of the building so just be prepared for that. The building has great security as well and is in a nice neighborhood, we felt very safe during our stay. The pool was nice as well. Everything was amazing, we had a great time. ##### Jennifer M. Meh rental The location is nice and close to beach however you need a key fob for access to the beach from building. Buyer beware: we waited a day and a half To get a replacement FOB because is wasn’t at property. Note: Green island properties don’t pick up phones or return emails Fri-mon. Luckily VRBO helped us contact someone for a FOB. A week after renting we were told it was missing like we had lost it. Turns out it was the housekeeper that misplaced it. Photograph EVERYTHING. It may be the difference between being being accused of loosing something and your deposit. We were informed they are using a new housekeeper who doesn’t clean very well. If I could post photos of the hair everywhere and in the drainage I would. The balcony is cluttered with rusted chairs (behind curtains in photos). And I recommend washing the dishes as it only looks like they’ve been water rinsed. Door security is a key pad for entry only (there is no lock box like you would normally find at other rentals) anyone with the keypad code Can walk in. We just put our luggage against the door for that false feeling of safety. Unfortunately our first morning beach views were obstructed by traction elevators / men on pulley scaffolds, hanging outside balcony painting balcony railings. We were surprised to wake up to them peering inside the rental. The ropes hang off balcony I’ve rented in this building before in other units and they were dated but great experiences.
