Appliances were clean and up-to-date Furniture is very comfortable. The condo was clean and well equipped for a vacation on the beach. The beach and pool were wonderful. Great listing accuracy. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Only con is it was hard to sleep at night with all the noise. It was every night and very bad on the weekend. Clubs nearby must of had spring breakers. ##### Stephanie B. The weekdays were fine. It was nice that it was so close to everything and it served our needs perfectly. We did not need a rental car. The property manager was very good. It was extremely comfortable, fully equipped with all you need to make it your vacation home. The host was very nice. Upon our arrival they had left coffee, milk, eggs, bread and drinks for us. Our view was breathtaking. We woke up everyday to an ocean view and every night we saw the beautiful sunset. This condo unit is a few steps from the beach. It t to s location us walking distance from restaurants, supermarkets, stores - near everything. If you are planning a visit to Isla Verde this us definitely the place to stay at. The beach was also beautiful and not very crowded. Lots to do in the neighhborhood but that made for some late night street noise on the bedroom side of the apartment. One listing said one of bedrooms had a full bed but it was actually a queen which was better. The unit is large & accommodated the Seven of Us comfortably. Plenty of restaurants in the area, souvenir stores etc. Jump on the highway takes You everywhere.
