WE ARE LOCATED RIGHT ON ISLA VERDE BEACH. THE BEST BEACH IN THE SAN JUAN AREA WHERE YOU CAN RENT JET SKIS, PARASAILING, BANANA BOATS ETC. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. A FEE OF $200 WILL BE CHARGED TO REMOVE ODOR. THIS IS A PRIVATE RENTAL WITH A RESERVED PARKING SPACE IN A HOTEL SETTING THIS STUDIO IS RENTED TO TWO PERSONS ONLY. NO PETS ALLOWED. The room was nice and so was the view. The only downfall is that the air handler is on the balcony so you can’t really hang out on there because of the heat and noise that it makes. Gorgeous views! The sunsets are stunning from the balcony. Close to restaurants, grocery store and convenience stores. Great communication with Isabel. Alerted her about ceiling tile mold in shower and dampness in the room. AC works great! Kept it at 70 for the entire stay. Very easy! Kitchen stocked with the basics. Everything we needed! The airport was a $12 Uber ride. El Morro $14 Uber ride. They sell empanadas on the beach and piña coladas and they take Venmo or cash., Isabel was wonderful,great communication, clean room.I will come back soon. Thank you for the memory! ##### Lucy M.
