Gia was quick to answer any questions we had even before we arrived in Puerto Rico. The apartment was beautiful and clean as described. There are numerous beautiful breakable decorations which were not appropriate to keep near our curious one year old. We simply transferred them to the dining room table when we arrived and avoided disaster. Lol. The kitchen is equipped with anything you need and there’s even a washer and dryer. The apartment’s temperature was kept nice and cool and the rooms’ ceiling fans also helped keep everything comfortable. The rooms were very nice. The host was very responsive. It was disappointing that the pool closed at 6pm. The property is super clean, steps to a nice warm beach, and the pool is excellent with cabanas and all! Right next to the fairmont San Juan and super close to the airport. Gia Gutt (the owner) was very accommodating, responsive and the price is reasonable. The property is on the beach. If you like to spend your time on the beach, this is the right place to stay. I don't have anything negative to say about the unit and the owner. The only suggestion that I want to make is for the building to replace the hallway carpets. It is dirty and pretty old. Overall, the property is a great location. If I ever go back to PR again, I will still at the same property and unit. Thank you Gia Gutt for a great accommodation experience.
