Pool use is only for guests register at booking .Family or friends pool parties (Authorized or Not by the host) Will have a $150 extra charge.
We kindly ask to limit the ac use to bed time at night. When not in the bedrooms, or out of the house please do not leave ON ac units.
Please be respectfull to neighbors. No loud noises or high volume music in the pool or patio areas after 10pm.
