The staff was very friendly over all definitely a must stay again. The only thing you might want to consider is that if you are planning on going towards San Juan a lot ubering can get pricey but that is all for me.

The rooms have old furniture and disgusting. The staff were great, the lobby and the pool side area was not too bad. I would not recommend any of those Hilton properties for my friends and family.

The pool and grounds are great. The breakfast and onsite restaurants and pool bar and grill were great. The other fun options were great for my teens - bowling go karts and billiards. We loved this resort but the rooms need some significant updating. It wasn’t dirty per se but run down. I hope Hilton gives this resort some love because it can be phenomenal if they do.

Staff were friendly and helpful, food was excellent with great breakfast included, large pool area with many seating options. Beach area very small but expansive beach and hiking 15 minutes away. Room was dated, couch was broken, outside balcony with seating was wonderful to watch sunset but could use a small table.
