The host had ignored all of our messages leading up to the stay, and when we finally reached him by phone, he unapologetically informed us that the apartment was not available—offering no explanation, no solution, and showing complete indifference.This left us stranded in a foreign country, late in the day, with no accommodation and no support. The host's behavior was not only unprofessional but also reckless and deeply inconsiderate. No traveler should ever be placed in such a situation.I strongly urge the platform to investigate this host, impose appropriate penalties, and consider banning him from the service.
