This truly felt like a home away from home. The space was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, making it easy to relax and settle in. I especially appreciated the convenience of having an inexpensive shop, a bakery, and two food options within 2 minites walking, it made everything so easy and enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay!

Esaul was very responsive and helpful! Space was very clean and had everything you need to cook and store small simple meals and some fruits/snacks. Some noise here n there from the neighbors’ children, but never at times that interrupted our sleep.

The size of unit was perfect for our needs, but it was NOT at all the studio that was pictured on website. This was an outdated and totally different room. This was not an issue for us as our plans did not involved staying at the studio all day. But I dont think their is any need to false advertise . The location was good based on our agenda. We did run into a very uncomfortable problem, specially with summer hot temperatures of 94°. When we arrived, (close to 6pm or so) there was NO ELECTRICAL POWER. The place felt like a hot oven. We connected with property owner without any problems. He apologized, but told us it was out of his hands. The entire area was without power. I asked if he had another place...No. I asked if he had a generator, No, and added. " If I had a generator I would be asking more money for that place, and what we had payed was not a lot. He then followed by stating that when they loose power is not for long, maybe 1, 2 or 3 hours. We decided to waited out by going out to eat dinner and nearby Walmart for AC, hoping when we returned, power would be back. It didn't come back until 11:45pm. We were so exhausted from our flight travels that started at 5am that day, that we did not have the energy to look for another place. After that, for the duration of our stay, there were no more power outages. We did appreciate the walking distance Chinese Food Rest. Also "Panaderia" and Pharmacy.

Good Choice Budget friendly Studio

This budget friendly Studio has the basic essentials for a comfortable vacation stay. The double bed is exceptionally comfortable for a good nights sleep. A nice neighbourhood. Great AC unit and stovetop cooking nook.

Good Budget Choice Studio

We (2 adults) stayed at this Studio for 6 nights in total; 3 nights at the beginning of our vacation before going to the west side of the island to explore Aguadilla. Then, we returned for 3 more nights before going to the airport again. The property is well located in a nice neighborhood and about 15 minutes drive to the airport (SJU). It is a clean Studio and we did not see any sign of crawling insects in or near the Studio. The AC unit, stovetop, microwave and fridge are a real bonus. The shower does have hot water at a reduced flow. The double bed is very comfortable for a good nights sleep. Compared to the much higher prices of other stays nearby, we would recommend this budget-friendly Studio for the comfort and affordability it offers.

The host was very communicative and instructions to access studio were accurate. Also he was nice enough to check me in early due to my long trip.I took two stars because the ceiling was leaking water inside studio while it was raining and the bathtub drain was draining very slow. Other than that, everything else was good.
