We loved everything about Condado Lagoon by Otium. Otium’s team was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The room was spotless, the desk staff were friendly. The area is beautiful and we were able to watch sea turtles off our balcony every day. We didn’t plan to be stuck on the island for 6 extra days, but are very thankful we got to spent the extra time at Condado Lagoon!

Well kept property- which is very close to the local beach & convenient to the airport. Also very convenient for Uber food/grocery deliveries. My room was well stocked with all amenities needed for my stay ( I was truly impressed with that). My room also had an amazing water front view, which was just a 10 minutes walk to the local beach. I was very pleased with my stay & would definitely stay again & would recommend to others. The customer service team for my unit was also very responsive & efficient with solutions for any inquiries I had. Thank you!

The keypad lock didn’t work. It’s completely broken. We had to wait a bit for the key. The phone number given to us was the wrong number. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in helping though. Overall it’s okay, the view is great. I don’t think we will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay (me alone most of the time, and my mom with me the last two days). The space felt very thoughtful and well-prepared. It was clear the hosts really considered what guests might need. Having things like beach chairs, mats, and a cooler available made going out effortless and really added to the experience. The room itself was comfortable, our beds were comfy, nicely designed, and very clean, with a breathtaking view right by the water. Waking up and being that close to the lagoon was honestly one of the highlights. The small kitchen was also a great bonus and made the stay feel easy and convenient. Communication was excellent. Any questions we had were answered quickly and kindly, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. The only minor issue was that the door was a bit hard to close and could probably be adjusted slightly, but it didn’t take away from how great the stay was overall. We would absolutely stay here again and would HIGHLY recommend it.

My stay was decent however not ideal. The bed was very comfortable with sooooo many pillows loved that. The view and the balcony was nice. The downside to my stay was the bathroom. Even with it being small it was filthy. The tile was very dirty some parts was cleaned which it was white in those areas. However for the most part it was tan and brown. The caulk was done horribly wrong. Once wet it doubled and tripled in size and was falling onto the floor. The look wasn’t appealing to say the least (it looked like brain matter). The water puddled on the ledge and in the back of the shower. The water on the led was brown. It was a site for sore eyes. I had to put a towel down and wear sandals. The only thing that helped was me having two day passes with other hotels. So I was able to shower every day. My code for the keypad lock was literally on the lockbox for two days before I noticed it. That gave anyone walking pass access to my code. Possibly gained access my room. That was a bit scary with me traveling alone. But it wasn’t the best Sercurity was very nice as well.

Overall, my wife and I had a great stay. The view from the balcony was beautiful—I couldn’t stop taking pictures. The room itself was very nice, and the air conditioner worked perfectly, which made everything comfortable. However, there were a few issues. The room has connecting doors on both sides, and you can hear everything from neighboring rooms. Because of that, my wife and I ended up coming back into the room every time instead of fully relaxing, since the noise carried so easily. One night around 1:00 AM, I had to go down to the front desk because the guests next door were playing loud music and talking loudly. A couple of days later, new guests moved in, and there was a strong smell of marijuana coming into our room. I reported it, but no one answered the door when staff checked. Additionally, I requested room cleaning, but it was not done. I had to contact a third-party service, and unfortunately, I never received a response or resolution. Aside from those issues, the stay was very enjoyable. If those problems were addressed, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

Overall a great stay, very conveniently located and fully equipped. There were some technical difficulties with check-in. Just make sure to call Otium for room details even if you perform the online check-in. Since these are apartmentments, you need the room number and code to get in, otherwise check in is a pain, but the room was clean spacious and very organized. The apartments overlook the ocean or the views of the bay and the city. Very well equipped and Otium responds very quickly to questions or concerns. Condo staff will not be able to help with anything, just call Otium, as they will clearly state that they don’t work for Otium and can’t really Check you in. Overall a great stay at a prime location for a great price.
