The Space:

Casa Sagrado #3 is a single floor entire place located at the side of the building. It is a very comfortable 2 bedroom / 1 bath with spacious living room and kitchen/dining area.



As a resilient home, Casa Sagrado #3 is equipped with a robust 100kw generator and a substantial water cistern, boasting over 1000 gallons of capacity along with a reliable water pump. These features ensure uninterrupted power supply and a sufficient water source, even during challenging circumstances.



In addition, this residence is thoughtfully equipped with high-speed optic fiber internet, enabling seamless connectivity for all your digital needs. To enhance your experience further, a dedicated and amiable staff is readily available to attend to any requirements you may have, ensuring a pleasant and convenient stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire unit and the shared balcony/patio in the back of the property. The best way to get around is by car or Uber/Taxi, although it is possible to walk to some destinations. The train station is very close by that goes all the way into Bayamón.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Sagrado is located on Sagrado Corazon Avenue very close to the Train Station, a CVS, and Sagrado Corazon University. It's a mostly residential area with a mix of single family and multi family homes along with some Condominiums. Sagrado Corazon Avenue connects Hato Rey to Santurce from South to North so there is some vehicular traffic in the area, but being a one lane street it is rather quiet.



Other Things to Note:

Casa Sagrado has a total of 8 units that can host a total of 30 guests, so there will be other guests in the building and area, but you could also rent multiple units if you have a larger group.



-All communication must be on the AirBnB message thread of a confirmed reservation. You must download the app on your phone for all messages to display correctly. Please note I have 40 listings so this is crucial to offer the best service. This will allow me to address questions quickly as the platform identifies you immediately.



-Please note that Puerto Rico is on Atlantic Standard Time when you need to get in touch with me. If it is off hours, please allow some time for a response or search in the Listing Details and/or AirBnB message thread for the answer to your question.



-No 3rd party bookings are allowed. The person that books must be present at all times. No information will be shared with anyone other than the person that booked the reservation. If not followed your reservation may be canceled at anytime.



-No early check in or late check out. If you wish to check in earlier please book the previous night, and if you wish to check out later please book the following night if available. There are many restaurants near the airport and/or the properties where you can enjoy a meal or a drink in while waiting. You could also visit the Mall of San Juan just across from SJU Airport or Plaza Las Americas which is the largest mall in San Juan. Alternatively, you could leave your luggage at Hold my Bags – We keep your bags so you can keep going.



-Puerto Rico’s infrastructure suffers from spontaneous outages. That being said-power, water and internet may suffer an outage during your stay. If it is essential that you have these services uninterrupted be sure to book one of the listings that has a generator; otherwise, I recommend booking a hotel. No refunds will be granted for power, water or internet outages.



-Some listings have fees depending on the amount of guests to account for additional expenditures with the increased amount of guests. If you do not book for the correct amount of guests your reservation may be canceled at anytime.



-We also certain amenities per the amount of nights and guests. If you do not put the correct amount of guests you may be missing some of these for your stay.



-We provide paper towel and toilet paper for your arrival and a few days after. If these run out guests must buy their own.



-Payment processing is handled by AirBnB, so all inquiries must be directed to them including partial payments, payment dates, etc.
