This property offers stunning ocean views from the rooftop, and is just one block from the beach. This 1st floor apartment is located in one of the best neighborhoods of San Juan. The apartment is one of four separate units, but has access to several common areas, including an outdoor dining area, along with a massive rooftop with panoramic ocean and city views. The Space 🏠 This apartment is located on the first floor of a multifamily home. It comes with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, dining area, work desk, full kitchen, and access to outdoor dining areas and the rooftop. The house is also fitted with a backup generator and a large water tank in case of water or power outages. There is a paid, shared washer and dryer on sight as well. đź“ŤThe apartment is located one block from the ocean, and is within walking distance of a popular public beach. There are plenty of nearby restaurants, bars, and other entertainment options, making it easy to experience the best of San Juan's vibrant culture. Guest Access The guests will have access to the entire apartment, as well the outdoor dining area and the rooftop. My cohost Kelisin lives nearby and can assist if needed. đź“ŤThe house is located in a gated community. đź“ŤThis property is very centrally located. There are beaches and restaurants that are within walking distance. Ride sharing services are also readily available. Other Things to Note đź“Ś Early Check in and late Check out are subject to availability. For requested Check in before 12pm, and for late Checkout requests after 12pm, an additional fee will be applied if it can be accommodated. Our cleaning and management team work very hard to ensure a quality experience, so we appreciate your understanding. đź“Ś Please note that this is not a hotel or resort, but a private residence. Amenity refills/additional cleanings will not be available unless specifically arranged prior to booking. This will be at additional cost and based on availability. 🇵🇷 Puerto Rico is a tropical island, and its infrastructure is not like the United States. ⚡Power and water outages happen on occasion, though its rare for outages to last more than a couple hours. 🔋This property has a backup cistern that can last up to a couple days, but we are not in control of any outages, and cannot offer refunds due to outages. Also, wildlife such as lizards and bugs are common throughout the island, especially after a rain or during rainy season. đź“Ś We take preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of encountering these critters. However, if you come across one, it is not out of the realm of possibility, and we cannot offer refunds due to this.
