We recommend that our guests do not rent cars unless planning to travel out of San Juan often. In addition to Isla Verde being very walkable, taxicab service, Uber, and electric scooters are abundant and easy to hail. Other Things to Note: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. Check-in time is at 4 PM local time. Checkout time is at 11 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Just to let you know, any unauthorized checkout past 11 AM will have an additional cost. We offer several paid amenities as add-on services. This package contains all the essentials you’ll need to get you started and feel right at home. You’ll find 2 large bath towels, 1 beach towel, 1 washcloth per guest, and a hand towel per bathroom. We’ve also included mouthwash and toothpaste in each bathroom for your convenience. To keep you feeling fresh and clean, you’ll find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. For your snacking pleasure, we’ve included 2 snacks per guest, water, and 1 paper towel. We’ve also covered you with 2 toilet papers, dish soap, and hand soap. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.
