Apartment was clean and close to the beach and the strip with restaurants and other amenities definitely was the perfect location cabs to anywhere were cheap as well definitely would book again

Pros: Great location, pretty clean, very spacious, great price especially for last minute booking Cons: WiFi was out so no tv during our stay, faulty balcony door, and the photos for my unit included a patio with both bedroom and living room access, but I just had a normal one. 8/10!

Great location at Condado with a lot of good restaurants around. The apartment was clean although bathroom tiles need improvement. I like a lot the kitchen it has almost everithing needed to cook. If I can I will return.

The property was in close proximity to beaches, the flexible check in process made it ideal for my late flight, and communication with the host was wonderful. Definitely loved having my own apartment and would highly recommend this over some of the surrounding hotels in the area. Can’t wait to go back!

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The place was very clean, modern, and well maintained, which made it comfortable for our entire family. The space felt welcoming and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The neighborhood was also wonderful. The neighbors were friendly, and the location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. It made getting around easy and allowed us to really enjoy the area without needing to travel far. Overall, it was a great experience for my family. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lights on n the kitchen didn’t work. There was literally poop on the walls in the master bathroom. We used shoes in the shower bc they didn’t look clean. Communication with the owner was spotty. Overall I would not book again.

Booked from Saturday - Monday and there was zero water. Couldn’t shower, couldn’t use the bathroom, couldn’t cook / clean. Tried reaching out to the host several times without any response (just repeated message). There was a water shortage in some areas of Puerto Rico but that was communicated to us the night before flying out. Never tried to compensate for the lack of water. Had to book another hotel just to shower and use the bathroom. Also it was listed that there would be a blow dryer in the room so I didn’t bring mine but there wasn’t.

Recomiendo la zona de condado, pero si se debe de tener en cuenta algunas cosas: 1. No estuvieron pendientes en el check in, tuve que escribir por todo lado para que contestaran. 2. La cocina estaba sucia, los platos y demás sucios. 3. La comunicación fue escasa, había que escribir varias veces para que pudieran contestar. El asunto del agua es grave, no hay suficiente agua para poder bañarse. Pero entendemos que es un asunto de la isla. Lo bueno: nos ayudaron con lo que pedimos que fue poder hacer un late check out.
