Idk if it's an always thing or right now thing but there was functioning water on the property for only 3 one hour periods of each day. The pools were great. Hot tubs were great. Beach was nice. The actual unit was good but we didnt find any cleaning products and someone from a previous stay left an old bloody microfiber rag in the washing machine which was disgusting.

I like my family and I were able to just come in set our luggage down and go straight to the pool. Every where seems to be clean except for hair in the main bedroom and bathroom. I got answers to all my questions promptly. I felt safe going outside late it was very peaceful and quiet. If I ever decide to go back to Puerto Rico I would book my stay there again.

Great family friendly property. Property was good over all could use improvements on the labeling of buildings, units and parking spots. . The unit itself was just as pictured and was clean. Only downside was the limited availability of water but I understand it was a situation beyond the properties control.

There were plenty of activities between mini golf, the beach, and the lazy river. The pools were clean, the beach was private and clean, and beach chairs were available. There was also a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Overall, it was a great experience for the family.

Amazing and clean villa and property. Helpful staff and so many things to do. We traveled with 4 kids with ages ranging from 3-13, and there was something for everyone. So many pools and nice private beach area. Convenience store within walking distance. Only down side, we stayed Monday-Friday and the large blue slide is only open Saturday and Sundays with a lifeguard on duty. We will keep that in mind for next time. The room was very clean and had lots of toys (volleyball, rackets with balls, rafts, sand toys) beds were comfortable and there were shower and pool towels with a washer and dryer. Came in handy all week long! Definitely recommend and would love to return in the future.

The apartment needed some tlc - drawers sticking, missing hardware, dirty washer/dryer etc. however, my kids loved it. 5 pools, beach access, mini golf and playgrounds. There was something for everyone.

We were pleasantly surprised to find it had a roof top terrace, as well as an upper game room. The grounds were pretty, pools were very nice and one was even heated. Appreciated the private beach.

Room was clean and super spacious. We could spread out and still be together. The pools were so nice, though a little dirty and the hot tubs werent hot. It was a great resort with access to the beach. Highly reccomend

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Aquatika! From the moment we checked in, everything went smoothly. The host was extremely attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was exactly as described on Hotels.com—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The property itself exceeded our expectations. The five swimming pools were beautiful and constantly being cleaned by the staff. The grounds were very well maintained, security was excellent, and the controlled access made us feel safe throughout our stay. There is also a convenient kiosk on-site where you can purchase food and drinks, which was a nice bonus. The only issue we experienced was a temporary water supply interruption. However, the apartment owner had a backup water tank available for the toilets, and the Aquatika administration managed the situation very efficiently with a water rationing system, so it had very little impact on our vacation. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and truly enjoyed every moment. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend both the property and this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Puerto Rico.

This was a beautiful condominium that offered lots of space, was nicely kept, and offered several extras! The game room was very nice and offered lots of fun for all ages! We loved the outside balcony space with a beautiful view that's perfect for relaxing and entertaining!
