Small, only 325 sq ft. Studio. Please treat it as if it is your home away from home. Condominio Coco Mar is beachfront, just a few steps to West Isla Verde Beach, near Casinos, restaurants and the Pueblo 24 hour Supermarket. We are within walking distance to the Isla Verde Plazoneta, which has restaurants, souvenirs shops ATM, Caridad (formerly CVS) pharmacy and Market24, which has food and groceries. Condominio Coco Mar has FREE parking but on a first come first basis and is not guaranteed. The condo is gated and secured. Most Uber rides from our condo to anywhere in the metro area, will average about $10 - $15\. Although our check-in is 3pm, we can be flexible with check in, if the calendar allows. We are registered with Puerto Rico's Tourism Company. VRBO has a $59 Non refundable Damage Protection option, which covers up to $1500\. There is FREE parking, but not guarantee, on a first in Basis. We suggest Uber or simlar as it is less costly than a rental. West Isla Verde Beach is steps away from the condo. There is the East Isla Verde beach within a block away. Restaurants, bars, casinos and pharmacies, all within walking distance. The 24 hour Pueblo Supermarket is also within walking distance... Small efficient studio on the ground floor. Please treat our place as if it is your home away from home. The place was a bit smaller than it appeared in the pictures, but honestly it was perfect for me and my girlfriend. Clean, modern, and has just about anything that 2 people need for a beach stay. Close to many restaurants within walking distance and a lot more points of interests just an Uber ride away. The place was very relaxing quaintly comfortable and Hector was a pleasure to deal with. The only thing that happens on occasion is some nightly noise. Being on the ground level cars park directly in front of the window and people congregate close by and are loud at night. As the parking area is covered the voices echo and make normal talking seem a bit louder. This does not happen nightly and didn’t deter from the place over all. My wife and I enjoyed our 5 night stay. Very efficient use of 250 sq ft. The bed is comfortable, the shower is great and all of the renovations are very modern and sleek. Parking can prove difficult at times, but if you're not renting a car this place is perfect. There's 26 parking spaces for guests inside the gate and over 50 rooms in the building. So you do the math. And being right on the public beach, street parking is highly competitive. So just keep that in mind. Very efficient use of 250 sq ft. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is great and all of the renovations are very modern and sleek. I really appreciated the outdoor rinse station so as not to track in sand from the beach. Loved the location. Aside from being right on the beach, its also very close to the airport but due to flight paths, we didnt even notice any kind of plane noise. The beach direction offers great views of the sunset over the ocean horizon. Decent restaurants within walking distance, but also very easy to Uber around further. About 25 minutes from Old San Juan and an hour from Fajardo, which are where we scheduled our day trips for sightseeing and vacation activities. We enjoyed our stay, and would absolutely return. ##### Daniel B. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The only downsides were that the air conditioning didn’t cool the space enough for Puerto Rico’s warm weather, and the shower water wasn’t quite hot. Other than that, everything was wonderful.
