### La Burbuja: Artist residency in Miramar with terrace

This spacious loft apartment was previously an artist's studio. It is very bright with full glass sound proof windows in the back. The sleeping nook has a queen bed. Roll up black out shades for a good night's sleep. The living area has a dining table, sofa bed, a comfortable reclining chair and a lounge chair. A full bathroom with a shower. Fully equipped kitchen. It has High speed WiFi. Private terrace and outdoor garden. The outdoor terrace has a comfortable table where our guests can relax and have lunch or dinner outside. There is a workstation for those traveling for work. Washer/dryer.   
  
Walking distance to the Convention Center, Casino, TMobile District, Condado beach and a variety of restaurants & coffeeshops. Miramar is a very lively district. Right in the heart of Santurce. Close to Condado and Old San Juan.

The apartment was mostly clean, there were a few dead roaches under the sink, nothing major. A TV would be nice to have as well. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again overall.
