A couple of pointers for first-timers to the property:1\. In order to have such a beautiful view in an unpopulated area, the location is remote. Make sure to do as much shopping for food, etc., as you can while on your way out. It takes too much time away from the trip if you don't, because traffic moves SLOWLY. 2\. Hoyt is very responsive. Don't hesitate to reach out to him if there are any issues.3\. Don't bother bringing too many clothes. You'll wear swimsuits most of the time.4\. If you like ice cream, get your hands on some ChaRo brand ice cream (it's a Costa Rican brand) as soon as you can. We didn't discover it until late into the trip and we were sorry we didn't have more days to enjoy it.
