Amazing overall experience. The rooms are neat and well kept. The staff is extremely reliable and the designs throughout the hotel capture the magic this department of Nariño has for its visitors. Thank you!

The hotel is very nice, the only one thing i did not like was when checking in at 3pm the room was not ready and we needed to wait about 40minutes before checking in. Otherwise everything was nice there, recommended.

The atmosphere in here is electric, feels really fun and safe at the same time. The staff is super helpful and very nice. They are quick to respond when you need anything and very easy to work with.

Excellent place to stay. The property represents and honored the meaning of their names V1501. Kudos to the Mixologist. We experienced a great teamwork in the restaurant, very helpful and professional.

Very nicely engineered hotel. Although, the idea of the volcano architecture went a bit too far. Rooms lack of ventilation. Otherwise, it was a really nice stay in a nice location of Pasto, Colombia.

Nice hotel but service and comfort could be better
Stay was OK. The rooms where extremely hot with no possibility to control the temperature. I was not able to sleep well. Service at the cafeteria was veeeery slow.
