"First I would like to say the customer service and communication was great at Rancho de Lelo. They did a great job suggesting activities around the area. The breakfast was delicious and property was beautiful. My kids loved spending time with the dogs. The view from the room was beautiful and calming. The negative is there was heavy rainfall while we were visiting and as a result the room felt very wet due to poor window and door insulation and condensation. All our items in the room felt damp....

"This was an amazing stay in Monteverde! The property is very well maintained, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff are willing to work with you for early/late check ins and booking tours, etc. We definitely felt super comfortable and it was a great space to return to after a day out in nature. We also enjoyed the host’s dining suggestions for the area! "
