This was a really nice second-floor apartment in a great neighborhood. The rooms were clean, the bed super comfy, the kitchenette with a two hotplate cooktop had everything we needed and the host was very responsive. Although the property advertises a gym there is not a gym on-site, although if requested a mat and dumbells could be provided. Not a deal breaker for me, but it might be for someone else since the description is a little misleading. There is a fantastic walking path about 1/2 mile from the house with a lake. All in all, a great stay in a wonderful neighborhood!

Perfect for my situation

I had to transition to San Jose on a rather short timeline for work. This property was in a perfect part of town for me and offered all the amenities at a reasonable price for the area. It also had plenty of space as I did have to bring more personal items than a typical traveler. This rental really worked out well for me.

The apartment was charming and clean. If you like to sit outside, the small deck was great and had a nice view.

Hanan was a great host as she always responded quickly to any question or issue I had throughout my stay. Also the unit is conveniently next to Route 101 for traveling throughout the Bay Area.

Cute & Comfy!

This place is very cute and comfy!! Has a nice size kitchen and seating area. It's a 1 bedroom but the sofa turns into a bed, it was kinda hard but the owner lended us a thin cushion-like mattress to put over! I stayed here with my husband and 2kids (3yr old & 9 yr old) but I recommend for a couple and 1 child max! Love that they had a washer and dryer!! The only complaint I can say is the neighborhood is a little sketchy and a lot of dog barking at night!
