The staff are very very nice and helpful, however the room does not correspond to the advertisement since it is smaller than what the photo makes it look. Also it feels claustrophobic since there is no window. As per the bathroom, be prepared to shower next to the toilet bowl (no separation) and the water gets clogged very easily. It’s nasty in that respect however the water pressure is strong and the hot water heater works well. The bed mattress has definitely seen better years since it is squished but the beddings are clean.
