The home is even nicer in person. Love the open feel, plenty of natural light across the street from shopping and dining. We were 3 couples everyone was very comfortable. I was required to post photos of myself with my drivers license. Additionally I was given a document to sign via DocuSign. It kept getting rejected because they said it did not match my signature. Obviously, an electronic signature is not going to match other signatures. Furthermore, I have no idea what signature they were referencing. Ultimately, I was forced to sign a piece of paper and uploaded it for them. I have rented dozens of VRBO‘s all over the country and have never had a management company more difficult to deal with. Stay away from this property and any that are managed by this company. Requested early check-in, never a response. Wi-Fi was down, sent request as to why or remedy, never a response. Figure it out myself. None of the lights in the backyard or front yard worked like they showed in the picture. Garage was a mess. Kitchen light bulb was burnt out. We rented online and all communication was via Mail…it all went without any hickup. The house is conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood. Parking is provided for one full size SUV in front of the garage. Three bedrooms are nice, clean and well maintained. The beds are all very good, beddings and linen are very good as well. Kitchen offers most pots and pans (a bit warped they are), a coffee machine and else. We liked the fact that essential spices, filters and trash bags are already there. We used this location as a homebase for a 10 day touring holiday. Everything is conveniently located at 60 - 90 minutes around.
