Lots of natural light coming in, amazing views, located in the best area in San Jose. Walking distance to amazing restaurants and boutiques; 50 meters away to Multiplaza Escazu Mall and the Intercontinental Hotel.  
  
The space  
\- This is a FAMILY & BUSINESS oriented building. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.  
  
\- The apartment has a third bedroom with a single bed and full bath, usually used as a maids or nanny’s quarter.

Misha was very accommodating and returned calls in a timely manner. Great location with Cima a short walk. Restaurants and grocery just around the corner one way and the huge mall a block away. Beautiful condo! Would stay here again. Be aware of the stairs up to the bedrooms. If you can’t do stairs, go elsewhere. Could also be a hazard for small children. Well equipped kitchen, large covered balcony main level.
