Located next to Simón Bolívar Park (currently closed for remodeling), on a quiet dead-end street with sounds of nature, near museums and restaurants. It features 100 Mbps symmetrical fiber-optic internet, an equipped kitchen, hot water, and a double bed. Historic area with rich cultural and gastronomic offerings. Nearby paid parking options. It has a big private balcony with access to the upper terrace.
