This freshly remodeled and spacious triplex is just a short walk to San Jose's famous Santana Row (4 mins) and the Valley Fair Mall (5 Min) to satisfy all your shopping and fine dining cravings they have to offer. The apartment is conveniently located on a quiet street, with quick access to major highways (880/280) to get out and explore all that the bay has to offer. This apartment features all new appliances and the open floor plan is highlighted with natural light throughout. The space Bedroom: 1 Queen bed Living room: 1 twin daybed and 1 twin trundle bed Kitchen & Dining area: A dining table (seats 4), coffee machine, microwave, full cooking utensils, and dedicated workstation. It is a small kitchen but more eating utensils should be provided if you provide a full working stove. Also, we had no hot water or gas to cook on the stove top for 1 1/2 days. I asked for reimbursement but never received a response back. The right thing to do is to provide some reimbursement if the place is lacking major facilities. Also, my daughter walked barefoot when we first got in the place and her feet were black, which meant the floor had not been cleaned at all.
