Conveniently located near Santa Ana downtown, upon walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, movie theater, and public transportation. It is located on the second floor and has 1 queen bed, a big balcony with spectacular view, A/C, fan, wi-fi, safe, smart TV with cable service, private bathroom with hot water. Fully equipped kitchennette with refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, mini-oven, and a variety of cooking utensils and tableware. Additionally the property has for guests: \- Parking space \- Pool with deck and large garden \- A common laundry room: 1 washer and 1 dryer. $5 per load cost, it does not include detergent.
