Rooms and nice and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Extremely slow wait time checking in, the one day I had to look presentable for business my shower wouldn’t even work. If you plan on getting in past 11:30 PM, you will have to park probably 15 minutes away from your area, parking is awful. I can’t please do not disturb on the door except for one day, and there was no house cleaning done on that day.

The home we stayed was super cute, and inside very clean. Pool was a little dirty lots of leaves. The lady who did my check in was very courteous. I booked for 5 guests but house was accommodated only for 4; So linen must be requested for the sofa bed. Sofa bed was horrible mattress was old and you could feel the springs. Aside from all those things grounds are well.kept, clean. Parking was never an issue lots of it.

The room was fine and the view was good but there’s not much storage in the room and no bathroom trashcan. Elevators broke down at least once a day sometimes both down at once and we had to run down 7 flights of stairs. Stayed a week and housekeeping only came twice both times at 5pm when we were winding down and just swapped towels with us. Cats and raccoons hanging around the dumpster by the car lot. Don’t think I’d stay here again
