We had so much fun we've decided to make it an annual (or semi-annual!!) event. The condo was everything advertised. Immaculately cleaned, WELL stocked kitchen (down to scissors, aluminum foil, saran wrap, Keurig & K-cups, etc - anything we needed), books, games, sun glasses, sun screen - everything we'd have at home was already provided. We were so comfortable that we parked the car and didn't get back in it. We had the beach a quick walk across A1A, the pool right outside the door and Door Dash delivered food. Other visitors and/or residents were friendly. It's located next to a quiet, safe neighborhood for before-sunrise walks. Who could ask for anything more?! The condo is modest but functional. Good, comfortable beds. View/sound of the ocean from the patio. There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer in the unit and the bathroom is quite small. The pool (pretty small) is literally right out the front door. We thought it was heated when we booked but it wasn't - not a huge deal but a small disappointment. The beach is about a 2-minute walk and is by far the least busy Florida beach we have been to in our 20 years of going on spring break. Each day we went, there were 4-5 other parties spread out within 200-300 yards from the beach access point. It's not the beautiful white sand that's found in other spots but it's still very nice. There's not much nearby in the way of restaurants. One local place is about a half mile north of the condo. Otherwise, you have to drive south a few miles to find more options. The owner provides many things that are a bonus... toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, beach chair, boogie board, beach umbrella. ##### Ryan W.
