The place is peaceful and quit. I even made two friends with two locals that live there. The place is immaculate and beautiful inside. The laundry was a huge plus for us. I guess the only thing in which I was confused with was the pictures online show a picture of a first floor co do with access to an open grass area. When we got there, it was a second floor place. The beach is quit a walk away but it doesn’t matter cuz in Cabo you can’t get in the beach water anyways. But when you do make the walk there… the beach is simply stunning. ##### Fernando R. It was close to the beach and restaurants, which made everything so convenient. Having a car is nice to get to the grocery store, but you could make the walk in about 15-20 mins.The access to the three heated pools plus hot tubs was a huge plus. Our kids loved it. The condo itself was really comfortable, and the patio was a standout, really spacious with awesome views of the golf course and surrounding hills. My wife and I just stayed there last week from customs to new years and we enjoyed every minute. Great gated community. 10-15 minute walk to great beaches and 20-30 minute walk downtown or 10 minute walk to the strip for great restaurants. The pool on the north side was chilly but the one on the sushi off the complex was warm. Unit had everything it said it had and including great beach chairs. I would recommend this place to anyone. The only thing I would recommend is putting dressers in the bedrooms so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase for a week. ##### Jim C. Beautifully appointed and lovely grounds. Best part of the stay was discovering aqua fit classes are taught 3 times a week and are free 😊 (thanks again Debbie) Easy walk to old town and great restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate vicinity. JUST WHAT WE NEEDED We stayed at the property after several days in crazy cabo. The condo was a great respite from raucous Cabo and exactly as advertised on the site. Easy to find, great communications from Host. 5 minute walk to the newer eating/shopping in San Jose, about a 10 minute walk to La Comer supermarket. a few dollar Uber to just about any other spot in San Jose which were at the front gate in seconds. The condo size was great for us, not too big/not too small. As so much in Cabo is so expensive, it was great to find a great property at a very fair rate. From the process of communicating about the rental, to getting info about arriving, to help with little inconveniences in the kitchen, Maria was a great host. The condo was super comfy and peaceful, especially the wonderful deck, where we spent a lot of time cooling down in the shade, swinging in the hammock, listening to the birds, barbecuing and watching the sky. The pools and hot tubs were super convenient and the beach was a 15 minute walk away and it was easy to cross the street to get there. The beds and couches (including those on the deck) were super cozy and the bathrooms were very clean, had great showers and were well stocked with towels and great soaps and shampoos. There were some treats in the fridge and a decently stocked kitchen. It was a little disappointing that the dish washer wasn't working and one of the frying pans was missing a handle, since we do like to cook once in a while even on vacation! We also loved how the kitchen had a sign that said "En esta cocina bailamos"...and we did dance. Thanks for a great holiday! ##### Patrice W. This is our second time staying there now. Feels like we are at home away from home! The outdoor patio is such a nice relaxing place to see birds and take in the evening air and morning coffee! The photos are accurate, the location is perfect. Whether you want to go to the beach, shopping, restaurants or old town all within easy walking distance. Beautiful large outdoor deck compliments the serenity and sounds of nature around. So peaceful. Good solid wifi with a well equipped kitchen. The condo is very clean and Maria was a real treat to communicate with. The whole development is extremely well looked after and maintained.
