Enjoy breath taking sunrises form the terrace! This condo is located in the zone hotelera in San Jose del Cabo. Has 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, only a short walk to the beach. Open the terrace doors and enjoy the fresh breeze. The double terrace has view to the ocean and faces directly to the Vidanta golf course.
The condo is located in a gated community, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and resorts. Also the beach access is about .25 miles or 400metes away the complex.
The space
NOT PARTIES! Smoking 🚫🚬 🚫is not allowed inside the condo. $200 US will be charged if smoke inside.
Quite hours are 10pm-7am
Absolutamente NO Parties or loud noises after 22:00 or before 7:00
The condo has Alexa assistant and smart lighting in the kitchen. Spacious terrace with gas grille and furniture. Fully equipped kitchen. Sorry NO PETS allowed. Air conditioning is not available during the winter months ( December though March ).

Enjoy the pool, big pergola with furniture and grilling area.
Other things to note
This is a very nice and well maintained complex. We want to make sure you enjoy your time here. It is important to observe the quiete time hours 10pm to 7am. Also, for everybody's safety. Glass is prohibited in the pool area. We have plastic cups and dishes for you to use and take to the pool.
