Located on the second floor of the wonderful Las Mañanitas community, this home offers more than just a place to relax. With luxurious views and marvelous gardens, there is little else that could be wished for; and those things are just a few minutes away from here.
As you enter, the kitchen sits on the left and grey stone countertops shine against the red tiles of the floor and bounce off the chromed appliances and soft colored woods, offering ample space for those who wish to cook and enjoy their time. Two bar stools sit by the kitchen, propped against the breakfast bar for added comfort.
In the dining room, a six seat round table has been set. checkered patterns of wood flow to the cushioned chairs, their beauty being the only decor required. Next to the wall, a bar offers the comfort required to grab a drink close to a comforting meal.
Next is the living room, a marvel of size and rest. One large, three-seat couch wrapped in black leather is pressed against the wall and flanked by a loveseat in gray next to the diner and a single couch next to the window, with a heavy, wood-carved coffee table in the middle. A wonderful, plain rug covers the floor while all the couches align to give a fair view of the massive entertainment center on the opposite wall. The carved wood resembles the style of the coffee table, both set in the same dark, coffee color.
The master bedroom holds a King size bed in white linens and a colorful pattern, while a massive wooden headrest seems to be supporting the wall instead of it being the other way around. Mirrored sliding doors hide the closet, while a wooden cabinet secures a Smart TV set. In the privacy of the bathroom, dark decorative tiles have been set in lines matching the adorned bowls of the twin sinks and the dark interior of the massive shower, which holds a built-in bench made from white tiles and sitting next to a fogged-glass window to allow sunlight to trickle inside while keeping the area perfectly private from the outside world.
In the second master bedroom, a king-sized bed has been dressed with linens patterned with palm leaves in blue tones, adding color and bringing nature inside. Once again, a mirrored closet hides in plain sight, while a corridor leads into a wonderful bath area complete with a shielded shower and a bathtub encased in soft colored tiles.
The guest bedroom follows closely, offering green linens with similar palm tree motifs, and a more modest closet also hidden behind mirrored sliding doors. Here, a small desk has been set for use either as a vanity piece or a small office area.
In the corridor that leads into the guest bedroom, a bathroom has been set with white and dark tiles and glass blocks to shield away the shower. On a separate door, a fully equipped laundry room helps with longer stays.
Outside, the private balcony offers lounging chairs, coffee tables and diners set in iron and yellow cushions, all of them gazing into the gardens, the sapphire pools, and the coarse sanded beach below. As the sunlight and moonlight shimmer against the sea and the pool’s water, the rich emerald green of the grasses and the palm trees sway in the light breeze that is characteristic in this paradise called Las Mañanitas, all of it ready for you to stay.
