Imagine only 25 steps from the building to the pool, 5 more to the beach and who counts after that. This 1 BR/1BA condo has been totally redecorated and is now ready for your long walks on the beach, whale watching and when the waves are kicking up one of the best surf breaks in all of Los Cabos right outside your patio door. Steps from the famed Costa Azul Surfing and Zippers Restaurant. Surf fishing right out the back gate. If you want to travel with another couple, our other condo Mira Vista 8 is only a wave and a nod away.
